Original Claim Services was founded on one simple belief: quality claims handling makes a measurable difference.
Our owner and Multi-Line General Adjuster brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience handling first-party property claims for a wide range of insurance carriers. Her career began working directly for nationally recognized carriers, including Farmers Insurance and Travelers Insurance, where she developed a strong foundation in carrier expectations, compliance, and best practices.
Over the years, she has completed numerous catastrophe deployments across the country, providing on-the-ground claims support in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Washington D.C., Georgia, Alabama, New Mexico, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah. This extensive CAT experience has shaped a disciplined, detail-driven approach to claims handling—regardless of claim volume or severity.
After becoming independently licensed, she continued to expand her expertise while working with respected firms such as Farrell & Associates and Sedgwick. Through these roles, she recognized an opportunity to deliver a higher level of service by focusing on quality, consistency, and accountability.
In 2017, that vision became reality with the launch of Original Claim Services.
For the past nine years, OCS has provided prompt, thorough, and reliable claims handling on thousands of files. Our success is intentional. We maintain a carefully managed client list to ensure every claim receives timely attention, consistent documentation, and service tailored to each carrier’s specific best practices, performance metrics, and timeline requirements.
